Nimra Ali, MScOT
Nimra is an Occupational Therapist with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta and a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Cal
She has experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and Sensory Processing differences. Nimra focuses on building functional skills within everyday routines, whether that is emotional regulation, feeding, or building independence at home. Nimra especially values learning each family’s story and creating interventions that truly fit their lifestyle and priorities.
Her practice is rooted in family-centered care, with a strong commitment to ensuring parents feel heard, supported, and confident in their child’s journey.
As a mom to a little boy, Nimra brings warmth, empathy, and practicality into her sessions. She strives to make therapy feel engaging and joyful, using play and evidence-based strategies to help children grow with confidence.
Outside of work, you’ll find her enjoying a good latte at a coffee shop, hiking, or going to the gym and spending quality time with her family.
