Nikki Neave
Clinical Coordinator
Hello, my name is Nikki. I am excited to be joining the team at Elevated Abilities as a Clinical Coordinator.
I bring over 30 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families across both the UK and Canada. My background includes , education, and leadership, consisting of a Degree in social work along with a Master’s degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University.
I have worked with families navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, autism, ADHD, family conflict, and accessing services such as FSCD, PDD, and other community supports. My approach is grounded in building strong, trusting relationships and creating a space where individuals and families feel heard, understood, and supported.
In my role, I focus on ensuring services are well-coordinated and responsive to each family’s needs. I work closely with clinicians, families, and community partners to help make the process feel clear, manageable, and supportive.
I believe that when people are given the time and space to make sense of what’s happening, their confidence and clarity naturally begin to return.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, walking, and continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
