Erika Olis
Registered Provisional Psychologist
Erika Olis is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, emotional regulation, and life transitions, and has experience supporting individuals with neurodivergence, including ADHD. She has worked with individuals presenting with a range of mental health, developmental, and functional concerns across healthcare and vocational settings.
Erika brings over 9 years of experience in healthcare and vocational services, including work in long-term disability and government-funded employment programs. She has supported individuals with return-to-work planning, workplace challenges, and the functional impacts of both mental and physical health concerns.
Erika utilizes a collaborative, flexible, and evidence-based approach, incorporating cognitive-behavioural strategies, values-based work, and a person-centred, parts-informed lens. She values adapting her approach to meet the individual needs of each client and prioritizes creating a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment. Outside of her work, Erika enjoys spending time with her dogs, travelling, and exploring creative outlets through DIY projects.
