Sibshops is a program that offers peer support in a lively, recreational context. The workshops are not therapy sessions, but rather a safe space where siblings of children with special needs can come together, share their stories, and just be kids. Through a mix of play, discussion, and creative activities, participants gain a deeper understanding of their sibling's condition, build resilience, and develop friendships with others who "get it."

Location: Elevated Abilities
Dates: The First Monday of Each Month
Time: 4:30 – 6:30 pm
Enrollment: Monthly registration on a first-come basis.
What to expect?
Each Sibshops session includes:
- Group Discussions: A psychologist will guide discussions where participants can share their experiences and feelings.
- Interactive Activities: Creative, recreational activities designed to foster friendship, self-esteem, and fun.
- Skill-Building: Games and exercises that focus on problem-solving, communication, and emotional regulation.
